Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Reverie Music Box. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return policy.

14-Day Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

How to Request a Return

Email us at reverievinyls@use.startmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
• Items showing signs of use or damage not caused by us
• Items without original packaging

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at reverievinyls@use.startmail.com with a photo. We will send a replacement at no cost to you.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
