At Reverie Vinyls, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at reverievinyls@use.startmail.com with a photo of the item and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
• Items that show signs of use or damage caused by the customer
